Can I do Camp America if I’m not a student?
For the Counsellor programme, you DON’T have to be a student. You must complete and pass the relevant Police Check for the country in which your applying from. As you’re going to be working in an environment with children and vulnerable adults, it’s essential that you have a clear background check.

Skills such as; archery, rock climbing, kayaking, gymnastics, ropes, lifeguarding, horseback riding, motorboat driving, magic, piano, riflery, sailing, swim teacher, tennis, trapeze, wakeboarding, waterskiing and windsurfing are always in high demand with camps.
How long is camp America for?
The longer you’re available the better but you can expect to be on camp for around 9 weeks from your camp’s start date once hired. By giving us your earliest start date, we will match you to a camp that has their staff on or after that date so you could depart later than your earliest available date.
