If you commit to buying an item but change your mind, you’ll need to speak to the seller and mutually agree to cancel the sale, which the seller can do from their listing page. If you need to cancel a deal and refund your buyer you can only do this if the item hasn’t been posted. We’ll then refund your buyer and if needed you can relist your item.

Shpock has the right to withdraw from the Buyer Protection service agreement for a certain deal at any time at its own discretion if it has grounds to believe that such deal infringes against these terms, Shpock’s General Terms and Conditions, Adyen’s terms and conditions, or any applicable legal acts.
Can you get your money back from Shpock?
If the purchase was made with Secure Delivery , you’re covered by our Buyer Protection. This means that you can return your item for a full refund if there is an issue with it. If you haven’t used Secure Delivery you can make a return as well, but in this case it is entirely up to you and the seller to arrange it.
