A: Rewards cannot be used to make payments toward your account. Rewards can only be used toward purchases of merchandise made in-store or online at Old Navy, Gap, Gap Factory store, Banana Republic, Banana Republic Factory store, or Athleta in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and Canada.
