Most people order off the hibachi menu, but there is also a fairly broad sushi/sashimi menu. We had the volcano roll to start and it was the best thing we had. The dinner meal is filling and varied with soup, rice, veggies and shrimp included with whatever your main course is. We both had different types of steak (it was okay).
