Angle right on the second block and drive off the corner, letting go of the thrust button as you clear the edge. Turn right while airborne (so you’re pointing toward the launch hoop), and dodge to the right after you land to counteract your momentum. Hit the accelerator to drive across the floating blocks to the hoop.
