There’s two ways you can cancel your Virgin Active membership:

If you make regular Monthly Membership Amount payments you may Freeze your Membership at any time and for any period, using the online Member Area. When your Membership is frozen, your PIN number will be deactivated and you will pay a reduced Monthly Membership Amount.

If you wish to end your membership, freeze your membership, or transfer your membership to another club, you must contact us to do so by completing a change of circumstance form in your home club, by completing a change of circumstance form online by visiting the member portal at www.virginactive.co.uk, or by contacting Customer Services.
