Edmentum product line is very robust. The people are great to work with. Has a tough time with new product development. I’m speaking specifically to the product side of the organization. The working teams themselves are incredibly smart, talented people.
How much money can you make working at Edmentum?
In order to make lots of money, you have to have at least 25 students or more per month to make $500. However, you have to call, email, grade work so the trade off is work more. It doesn’t matter your degree, you will get paid only $10 per student.
Why are there so many unhappy employees at Edmentum?
Employees aren’t empowered to do their jobs and there is a lot of frustration. The CEO has told the entire company on more than one occasion “if you don’t like it here then leave” meaning it is her way or the highway. They don’t consider employee satisfaction a measure of company health or success.
