To install the Skyrim add-ons ( Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn), you must insert the disc and return to the XMB ™ ( XrossMediaBar). Options for Skyrim and the Skyrim DLC will appear under the game category. Select the Skyrim DLC to install the add-ons. Each add-on will have its own icon.

No. they didn’t remove Skyrim or its DLCs but rather… hid them. As a result, you can’t search them up on Steam and have to therefore google it. However: If you go to your library, click on Skyrim and look to the Links to the right side, there’s Store Page and DLCs. If you wish to view the DLCs just click the DLCs link and it should redirect you.

Skyrim special edition includes all DLC from what I’ve seen so far. Geez so many people uncertain of something that is 100% there. you couldnt get this for free without having the DLC, and Bethesda isnt going to make PC users get the dlc a second time.
