Matt: The Saucony Endorphin Shift is classified as a neutral trainer, however there are several elements that make this a very stable shoe. The shoe is not officially a stability shoe, although the green bit of EVA foam on the medial side is firmer than the rest of the TPU/EVA blend.

David: The Saucony Endorphin Pro appears to fit true to size, but does also work for me being a half size up. The toe box is wide when compared to most racing flats, but not overly wide.
