Will NPT work with PT?
They will interchange just fine, especially since you’re supposed to use Teflon on the joint. Re: 1/8″ PT – will it thread into 1/8″ NPT and seal? Bspt and npt are completely identical except for the thread profile.. npt has straight, sharp edged threads where bspt has rounded threads.

Can you thread NPT to BSPP?
In most situations that don’t involve high pressure, a male NPT fitting can be threaded into a female BSPP fitting, using Teflon tape to seal. Note that because the male NPT fitting is tapered it will thread a little farther into the straight threaded BSPP female fitting.
Will 1 BSP fit 1 NPT?
NPT/NPS and BSP threads are not compatible due to the differences in their thread forms, and not just the fact that most sizes have a different pitch.
