  1. APPLY. Apply for VetPay and Receive Approval.
  2. ADD TREATMENT. Have your clinic add your pets treatment cost to your account.
  3. CONFIRMATION. VetPay will cover the costs of the treatment and will email you your fortnightly payment plan.
  4. PEACE OF MIND.

How long is vetpay pre-approval valid for?

Your VetPay pre-approval is valid for 90 days, it is completely free of charge, and is totally obligation-free – if you find you don’t actually need the facility then you are not required to do and it will never cost you a cent.

Do you have to add your pet to vetpay?

We may also call you to ask you further question. There is no obligation to use VetPay even after you have been approved. Once approved simply advise your clinic that you wish to add your pets treatment to your VetPay account. There is no cost if you do not use your VetPay account.
