myUHN is a secure website for patients of University Health Network (UHN). The website lets you safely see your appointments and results from all UHN sites as soon as they are ready. With myUHN, you can access your personal health record anywhere, anytime on a computer, smartphone or tablet.
How do I register for UHN portal?
- Go to “Create a new account,” and click “Register now.”
- Enter your health card (OHIP) number or your UHN Medical Record Number (MRN). You can find your MRN on your printed hospital itinerary or wristband.
- Enter your myUHN registration code and account information.
- Read and accept the “Terms of Use”.

If you forget your email address or password: Go to www.myuhn.ca. Click the “Forgot email address” or “Forgot password” link under the “Sign in” button. Enter the information needed to verify your identity.
