Nisabost, Borve and Scarista have nasty undertows and currents and I don’t consider them safe unless you are a very confident and strong swimmer. Luskentyre is a bit better but not altogether trustworthy. Fine for a deepish paddle. Seilebost is safe but very shallow at high tide and a long walk out at low tide.
