How do you confirm your email in Aqw?
To confirm your email address you need to:
- Go to the AQWorlds Account Manager.
- Login to Account Management.
- If your Email Status is Unconfirmed, Click on Resend Email.
- You will see the message: “Confirmation email has been successfully sent to your email address.”

How do I verify my Aqw account?
All you need to do is go to the AQWorlds Account Manager and login. Then you will see the option to verify your accounts. Please note, verification items are only useable on verified accounts. We usually cannot remove verified game accounts, as then you will lose the items you were eligible for in-game.
Does Aqw delete old accounts?
Usually there is no need to delete an account, but we understand that sometimes a player wants to. However, once an account is deleted, it is gone forever!

For Account, Payment, Technical and Game Help, please visit our Artix Support web site. The support site answers most questions, and has a help request form for contacting us directly. Most help questions are answered the same or next business day, but it can take longer, due to unexpected high volume of requests, or during U.S. holidays.
Can you give gold to someone in Artix?
Artix is not allowed to give gold or discontinued items to anyone in game. (There was a fake video of this floating around… you would have thought the empty Battleon-1 was a give away that it was a fake.
Is there a way to become a moderator in AQworlds?
There is currently no way to become a Moderator in AQWorlds. If you would like to help with AQWorlds or our other games the best place to start is by helping others on the forums. Artix is not allowed to give gold or discontinued items to anyone in game.
When do you get a tour of Artix?
