You should train 3-4 times a week. Whether you do Freeletics, or another type of sport, training several times a week will help you build a habit. If you skip a few workouts and fall behind in your training it will be hard to find motivation again.

Frequency of workouts The freeletics coach recommends that to get results, you should do the workouts 3–4 times a week. Initially, I went overboard and tried to do a workout everyday. So I was finishing 2 weeks’ worth of workouts in a 7 day period. This is NOT RECOMMENDED.
