Can you adjust camber with BC coilovers?

Yes. Move the strut so the top of it angles more towards the engine to get more negative camber, move the strut so the top of it angles more towards the outside of the car to get more postive camber.

How much camber can you get from BC coilovers?

Can you adjust rear camber with coilovers?

Camber Plate Leaning the coilover will alter the camber in the same direction; leaning it toward the vehicle will increase negative camber and leaning it away from the vehicle will increase positive camber.

They give you around 1.8-2.0 of negative Camber. It plants your rear in the corners like mad. It also raises the breakaway point. Of course I have coilovers with around the same amount of camber in front.
