Why is Deloitte a bad company to work for?
Terrible work life balance, elitist culture. Partners are not very nice a lot of fake smiles and such like all businesses i guess. Ceo is a consultant hasn’t a clue of accountancy. It’s mostly a consulting business now so it makes senses really. They made people redundant during the pandemic after promising they wouldn’t in the start to all.
