The Canon Speedlite wireless flash system is very easy to use. Insert batteries, lock the transmitter into the camera’s hot shoe and power on – the ST-E3-RT is ready to go. For the slave flashes, insert batteries, power the units on, press the wireless button on each flash twice to set slave mode.

Your Godox trigger will not sync with your Neewer strobe since there is no receiver built in. You could buy a Godox X1-R receiver for $40 (US), which is compatible with your X1-T, and plug it into your strobe with a sync cable.
Is Neewer compatible with Godox?
Yes, they are the same if they look the same. Godox rebranded: Neewer, Cheetah, Adorama, MoLight and others. It’s a good idea to go with dealers a little more local to you just in case of problems.
