The Department of Human Services issue PKI certificates to individuals and organisations in the health sector.

Visit the Human Services website at www.humanservices.gov.au and type ‘PRODA’ into the search field. Click on the ‘PRODA’ link, and then click ‘Log on’. Each GP accessing PRODA needs to have their own account. Please note that if you delegate access to PRODA to practice staff it does not allow them to access to AIR.

To request a certificate:
- select Request a NASH PKI site certificate.
- enter a mobile number we can send a text message to when your certificate is ready.
- tick the check box to confirm you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
- save changes and submit.
