Its competitive, so yes. It’s got a special attack through the roof, and 100 base speed doesn’t hurt either. It’s got great STAB moves and access to roost, along with boosting quiver dance. The only drawback is that 4x weakness to stealth rock, which means you need a good defogger/rapid spinner to keep it alive.
