They have a excellent support team It’s a great place to work and they are very family oriented. They always find ways to keep employees interested, goal oriented. I couldn’t think of any other company that will do anything possible to accommodate you.
Does Mclane pay overtime?
Expected to put in a 14 hour day to get the job done but then forced to take long lunch’s or leave early on another day so you do not get any overtime pay.
Does Mclane rehire?
No. Even if you put in your two week’s notice they will still not rehire you.

What was the only complaint I had with McLane?
I would’ve stayed longer, but got laid off due to COVID. Only complaint I would have with the company, is the line/belt would go down often which affects a selectors average (# of items selected/hour), which then affects performance rate. Was this review helpful?
