Transport for NSW replaces the RMS It replaced Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) on 20 November 2019. All RMS functions – roads and transport – were transferred to TfNSW. Registration, licensing, tolling, demerits and other vehicle transactions are now handled by Service NSW, for TfNSW.
