We currently have a HotSchedules app available for iPhone and Android users. If you switch to a new phone on the same platform (for example, you were previously using an iPhone and you get a new iPhone), then you should be able to re-download the app for free if you are using the same app store account.

Follow these steps to setup the Google calendar sync:
- Log into your HotSchedules account.
- Hover over the Settings tab.
- Select the Personal subtab.
- Click the Link to my Google Calendar button located in the left panel.
- Choose OK to confirm that you want to send HotSchedules shift information to your Google account.
How do you see old shifts on HotSchedules?
When you log into HotSchedules, you will see your schedule displayed on the Home tab under My Plate. The default view shows you the schedule for this week and next week starting with the current day. You can view your schedule from previous weeks by clicking the Select Week drop down menu.
