I just bought a used 2015 Honda Odyssey EXL with 46K mils and experienced exact issue: FCW and LDW System Failed message with FCW, LDW, and RSA lights on. Shutting off the car for a minute or two and starting it again fixed the issue for couple weeks. The problem usually happened again when I filled up the gas tank and drove for several miles.
