Return to Morthal and speak with Falion, giving him the filled black soul gem. He will tell the Dragonborn to meet him at dawn (between 5 and 6 AM) at the summoning circle, which is located to the North of town.

Falion is a Redguard conjurer and resident wizard of Morthal. He is a master level trainer in Conjuration and also sells magical equipment and spells at his house. He moved to Morthal to further his research and to help keep the place safe.

Morthal is located near the north end of the map, southwest of Ustengrav. Falion is commonly located outside of town, and at night time you’ll find him to the northwest. Talk to him and he will tell you that, in order to perform the ritual, a black Soul Gem must be filled.

Rising at Dawn: Track down Falion to rid yourself of vampirism. Between 1am and 5am, he can be found studying a curious place in the middle of the marsh. During this time, you can confront him by inquiring about what he is doing, though he’ll be dismissive: “What I am doing is none of your business!”
