How do I check my TV Licence?
You can check your balance now by either:
- Signing into your payment card to view your payment history and balance.
- Calling our 24 hour automated enquiry service on 0300 555 0286*.
- Texting INFO along with your Customer Number (eg: INFO 123456789) to 64488.
Will I get a reminder to renew my TV Licence?
You can tell us you no longer wish to receive emails from us. However, if you do so less than a month before your current TV Licence expires the changes may not come into effect in time to receive a renewal reminder by post so you may still receive your reminder by email.
Do you need 2 TV Licences for 2 houses?
Houses, flats, bungalows or cottages You will need a separate TV Licence to watch or record programmes as they’re being shown on TV on any channel or TV service, or to watch or download BBC programmes on BBC iPlayer in your second home.
