Since player characters with Unwavering Stance cannot evade, attacks made against them always hit. As a result, even blinded monster will always have 100% chance to hit a player character with Unwavering Stance (if assuming zero dodge), since the Unwavering Stance character always has 0% chance to evade.

There are passive skills and item modifiers that grant a chance to avoid becoming stunned:
- As long as a creature has greater than 0 energy shield, it has a 50% chance to ignore a stun.
- The modifier +#% chance to Avoid being Stunned.
- The modifier +#% chance to Avoid interruption from Stuns while Casting.
Can you stun with elemental damage Poe?
Because stun is for physical damage. Elemental damage gives status ailments. You *can* stun with elemental dmg though. EDIT: You can also be stunned.
Do you have a 75% Miss chance with unwavering stance?
The 75% miss chance actually takes place before your dodge chance. So if you have 5%, a blinded opponent will try to hit you with a 23.75% chance to hit. But yes, if you have unwavering stance blind will do nothing.

How does blind affect the accuracy of a char?
Blind decreases their accuracy. If you cannot evade, they still hit because their accuracy value simply means nothing as they always hit. Even Iron Reflexes alone would likely be enough to render blind useless. You’d want to be a hybrid ev/ar char without iron reflexes to depend on blind I’d guess. This is wrong.
