The BBB Dispute Resolution Counsellor (who handles the complaint) works with both parties to try and help them come to their own mutually acceptable resolution. Complaint is opened and reviewed. BBB works to get the complaint processed within 48 hours. Consumer will be notified of the business response when the BBB receives it and will be asked to respond within 5 days. If the business fails to respond, the consumer and the business will be notified.
