How do I reset my Ooma device?
Log into the Ooma page and go to internet settings. Assign an available static IP address, mask, and router(gateway) settings on the Ooma. The Ooma must be able to talk to the router to properly reset. Once you receive a “green” message that settings have been saved, goto the tools sections and reboot the Ooma.
