On a nosrtar you want to go into TELCO Features,under terminals and sets,if there are lines assigned to the set you need to go into Feature assign under telco features and set caller Id set to yes. You can also change display name or number and set called id to yes. I am not using BCMs. I have to set this directly on the phone.
