Simply have every member get at least level 4 Ninja command Utsusemi to evade the next attack, and use Transience (and Comeback Kid for a boost) Coupled with the level 5 Red Mage ability Turn Tables to gain a never ending stream of BP with your counterattacks. The dragons never Default or Brave, so you won’t have to worry about double attacks.
