Took much longer than 16 working days as suggested on website and when arrived some of the cutlery blackened (which did rub off with a little force – but lucky I opened it before gifting), the spoon had scratch marks at the tip and the knife looked to be from a different set as it’s base was about double the thickness of the other pieces.
