There are 5 Masyaf keys in Constantinople hidden by Assassin ally Niccolo Polo. One was discovered by the Templars after an earthquake uncovered it. The locations of the keys were in Niccolo Polo’s journal which was in Leandro’s possession until Ezio killed him and took it from him.
Where do the Masyaf keys go?
To the left of the main staircase is a path leading down to Altair’s library. Place the 5 Masyaf Keys into the door, and you’ll be tasked with solving a puzzle to open the way forward. Use your Eagle Sense to view the outlines of the constellations. Each of your keys can only fit in one spot.
