Important note…It arrived wired for 220v but just pop the black connected over one terminal to its left (only other option labeled) and it’s set for 115v with ease. IT does not come with a cord nor a plug nor a nipple fitting but that was swapped out from the previous motor.

I would suggest the 1 HP PureLine Prime Pump which is a direct replacement for the Hayward SP1607Z1M 1 HP Super Pump. I like the PureLine Prime as it has a really sturdy Century Motor and cost about $120 less than the Hayward Super Pump.
