waterworks is better by a large margin. while the exalted amulet is nice, still can’t justify farming there. especially since regular mastery amulets can drop from waterworks. plus with the exalted amulets, gladiator and cronus is faster to farm and actually drops useful athame and ring as well.

The Poseidon boots are also better for resist and block than the Waterworks boots, yet the Waterworks robe gives higher resist and critical block. So a tanking/healing Balance wizard might get the best use from Poseidon hat and boots combined with Waterworks robe.
