When was the bilgewater event?
We don’t even have an exact timeline, although the last event took place in the latter half of July 2015. For now, it looks like the bulk of the event will be focused on the ARAM game mode, including some event-only tweaks to runes and items. The last Bilgewater event was a tremendous success.

As a spectre, Gangplank looks fine: his semi-transparent body achieves a good balance between intangible and solid. Therefore, his blade looks solid enough to strike yet his clothes softly dissolve at their ends. Overall, it’s piece that does an excellent job at displaying and framing Gangplank as a spirit on a ghost ship.

Turrets receive 50% reduced damage. If Gangplank successfully hits a target with Trial by Fire, he gains 15−30% bonus movement speed (depending on level) for 2 seconds. Every time a Powder Keg explodes, the cooldown for Trial by Fire resets and Gangplank gains its bonus movement speed. Trial by Fire cannot be applied with Parrrley nor Powder Keg.
