Town of Orleans Beach Business, Summer 2021 Nauset and Skaket Public Beaches will began operating full time on June 20. Nauset & Skaket are fully staffed and charging admission daily from 7:30am-4:30pm through September 13. Restrooms will be open from 8am to 5pm with additional portable restrooms on location.
Do you have to pay to park at Nauset Beach?
Parking fees: $20/daily, $75.00/week, $220/season. Beach parking lot stickers can be purchased at the Nauset Beach Administration Bldg, 250 Beach Road in Orleans beginning Memorial Day weekend.

Stickers will not be sold at the Nauset Beach Administration Building. Current vehicle registration is required, no application needed. You may purchase seasonal stickers ahead of time through our mail-in program or through the mail only.

Nauset beach is a long beach that stretches from Orleans to the nearby town of Chatham. It’s a great place to swim and it also a popular spot for boogie boarding and fishing. This beach is quite popular so it’s best to get there early! There are lifeguards on duty.

Parking is extremely limited at Nauset Light Beach in summer 2021 due to construction of the new bathhouse. Plan ahead and consider visiting another beach, such as Coast Guard or Marconi. Particulars: Restrooms and bathhouse open seasonally.

Because of the workers’ plight, the cable company decided to center its Cape Cod operation in Orleans, Massachusetts, and opened a new station house in March 1891. A cable from the old station at Nauset was laid across Nauset Marsh to the foot of Town Cove at Orleans and then to the new cable station house.
