How to calculate at complete in P6?
Computed as (Actual Total Cost / BL Total Cost) * 100, or equivalently as (ACWP / BAC) * 100. The value can exceed 100. The baseline total cost is the activity’s at complete cost from the current baseline.
What are activity steps?
Activity steps make it possible to describe and report progress for activity work at a more granular level of detail. If you have privileges to edit activities, you can add individual steps to activities, or you can add predefined groups of steps based on templates that have been defined for your organization.
What is unit complete in P6?
Units % Complete models the situation where you have multiple resources working at different burn rates. The percent complete type is assigned at the activity level. It is possible that any one of these three percent complete types are assigned to different activities in the schedule.
What is actual duration in P6?
The Actual Duration is automatically calculated based on Actual Start Date and the Data Date, as follows: [Actual Duration] = [Data Date] – [Actual Start] (P6 formula for in-progress activities)
