The DD Form 200 is used to document the financial liability process for lost, damaged or destroyed Government property.

Can you switch from reserve to active duty?

With very few exceptions, one cannot simply transfer from the Reserve component to active duty. One must get an approved discharge from the Reserves component of service and then separately process for enlistment or commission for an active-duty service.

How can I get out of the army early?

Department of Defense Directives allow a military member to be discharged early to pursue their education if they are within 90 days of their normal separation date. Sometimes a service will approve an educational discharge request of more than 90 days.
