Why is the SPD tab blank on my laptop?
My laptop only has one RAM slot. But the SPD tab is blank. Both slots show blank information. This RAM originally came with the laptop and there’s no information at all. I have another laptop with two RAM slots.

Is there anything wrong with it? You need to right click on the CPU-Z icon and select ‘Run As Administrator’. [Click here for an image of the right-click menu.] Then go to the Memory and SPD tabs and you will get your memory details. Are you running the SETUP version?
