How do you take Infloran?
Mix with 2.5 ml of breast milk or formula. This gives a final concentration of 100mg Infloran® per ml of feed. Mix the powder and milk thoroughly (this may take one to two minutes to ensure powder is mixed thoroughly with the milk/formula).
Can you take lactobacillus and probiotics together?
Dosing. Lactobacillus is commonly added to fermented foods such as yogurts. It is also commonly taken in dietary supplements. In adults, lactobacillus has most often been taken by mouth, alone or together with other probiotics, in doses of 50 million to 100 billion colony-forming units (CFUs) daily, for up to 6 months.
