You can’t get rid of the text if cheats have ever been enabled during that save. It doesn’t really matter though. The “cheat used” text is a way for you to play with the cheats, and know which saves are which, without ruining your main save if you don’t want. There’s no in-game penalty for using cheats.

ESC – Using this key will take you to the game menu. F4 – Using this key uses the ‘Quick Save’ option. No matter where you are or what you are doing (excluding cut scenes, dialogue exchanges and mini-games) the game will save in a slot labeled ‘Quick Save’ at the click of the key.

Why are there no saves in KOTOR 2?
