Do you need NZXT Hue?
Answer: NZXT’s lighting system is proprietary so you will need the Hue+ to change the color of the fans. Also, if you want to run led strips off of the Hue+, you will need the ones from NZXT as they use 5-volt connections instead of the industry standard 12-volt.
Does the NZXT Hue come with LEDs?
Out of the box, the HUE 2 lighting kit comes with four LED strips for a total of 40 individually addressable LEDs. When combined with the 18 LEDs from the Cable Comb accessory and 30 LEDs from the HUE 2 Underglow, the HUE 2 ecosystem produces a staggering amount of RGB lighting.
What RGB is compatible with NZXT?
Only AER RGB fans are compatible with NZXT HUE+. RGB LED lighting requires a CORSAIR RGB Fan LED Hub and a CORSAIR Lighting Node PRO. Both are included with all LL Series RGB fan kits, or sold separately. CORSAIR LINK is required for software lighting control.
Does the H500i come with RGB?

The Smart Device is capable of handling LED lighting settings and fan control through our CAM software. The included Smart Device v2 can control LED lighting for any of our first-generation LED products in the same line as our Gen 1/Gen 2 RGB Controller.
How many fans can you connect to Hue+?
The RGB Controllerhas 4 channels and you can connect up to 6 accessories per channel with a maximum of 4 LED strips or 5 Aer RGB 2 fans.
Can you put RGB fans on Kraken Z63?
You can use Aer RGB fans on your Kraken radiator but we recommend Aer P for maximum performance.
Do I need a hue 2?

Can you put RGB fans on Kraken x62?
But as far as I’m aware, you can’t control any RGB lighting on fans attached to the Kraken x62, so if that is essential, you will need to come up with a good alternative way to control the fans with regards to temperature and so on.
What’s the difference between NZXT H500 and H510?
Only main difference from my understanding is the H510 has USB Type C support. The 500 doesn’t. Thus the every so slight price increase to the H510. The H510i also has smart device V2.
