Why are dark elves less powerful than High Elves?
In my opinion the, the reason dark elves have less good units is because their black arcs are so powerful. Black arcs decrease the upkeep of units garrisoned in them, they allow you to recruit units so long as your army is within range, not to mention their magic is awesome.
Which is the best build for High Elves?
