Although this park is very small, it is a great value and provides incredible opportunities to interact with two of Australia’s most famous inhabitants: the koala and kangaroo! The admission price is AUD$15 and the charge to hold a Koala is an extra AUD$15 (this includes on photo they take and as many photos as you want to take).
What kind of environment does a koala live in?
Fossil evidence shows that koalas originally lived in rainforest environments. Is there Kangaroo feed at Kuranda Koala Gardens?
Kangaroo feed was also provided upon entry to the park. This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The kangaroos were awesome and I loved being able to hand feed them. The koalas and quokkas gave us some good laughs with their behaviours and movements.
