I can’t choose 3840×2160 @ 60hz in the Nvidia Panel, it’s only available @ 30hz, in the section Ultra HD, HD, SD the maximum resolution is 4k x 2k, 3840×2160 @ 30hz, and in the PC section it’s 1680×1050 @ 60hz.
Why is my GTX 960 at 30Hz?
The problem was clearly due to the TV firmware, the Philips support confirmed the issue months ago, but of course still no new firmware, so… still enjoying 4K @ 30Hz, but it’s okay, since i solved my low framerate issue. (it was due to a secondary 7″ monitor, connected on another graphic card…) . Thanks for the update.
Is the Nvidia GTX 960 compatible with 4K TV?
The PC industry & TV Industry arn’t on the same standard. Right now, PCs ( specifically Nvidia cards ) only support 4k through the Display port or dual HDMI inputs (tv/monitor specific) . The TV Industry is on UHDMI / HDMI2.0 . I’ve been waiting since August for a solution.
