Founders Hall is the newest addition to the system. It first opened for the Fall 2009 semester. It is located at 120 East 12th Street, houses over 700 students, and is known for its clean facilities, large windows, and extra large rooms.

Alumni consists of 100% single bedrooms – every resident has a bedroom to themselves and shares a suite with 1-3 other suitemates. Bedrooms have a bed, desk, closet, and dresser. Common areas include a table with 2 chairs, fridge, stove, sink, and cabinets.
