What is FedEx Pak?

FedEx® Padded Pak Tear- and water-resistant, oversized envelope intended for shipping heavier documents that require additional protection. Total weight (including contents, documentation and packaging) must not exceed 2.5 kg. A special FedEx Pak rate applies up to this weight.

FedEx® Clinical Pak Use this plastic overwrap for noninfectious clinical samples after they are inserted into a sturdy inner container. Properly packaged clinical-sample shipments smaller than 17.8 cm x 10.2 cm x 5.1 cm must be shipped in the FedEx Clinical Pak overwrap.

Is it illegal to mail urine?

Do you have to use a shipping pouch for FedEx?

Use FedEx Express packaging for FedEx Express package shipments only; any other use is prohibited. You may use your own packaging if boxes are sturdy and undamaged with all flaps intact. Chipboard boxes, such as gift or shoe boxes, must be packed into a corrugated outer box. Use double-wall boxes for heavier items.

Can I sell my own urine?

Selling urine as part of a work of art appears to be legal. There is no federal law banning the practice. Several states have their own laws regarding the sale of human tissue and products, but most exempt tissue or fluids that are easily removed and renewable.

Can a FedEx large clinical be used as an Overpack?

The FedEx Large Clinical and the FedEx Small Clinical Paks can only be used to ship clinical samples. If you need an overpack for shipments of Biological Substance, Category B (UN 3373) materials, use the FedEx UN 3373 Pak.

Can a dry clinical sample be shipped by FedEx?
