The bar back saw us and made eye contact several times, but didn’t say anything. Eventually the bar tender arrived, and we ordered drinks, some wings as an appetizer, and a platter with 3 meats (brisket, ribs, sausage) and two sides (Harlem potato salad, baked beans).

This was our second time dining at the Dinosaur BBQ. The first time we came late and the brisket were sold out. They don’t take reservations, we waited for 45′ for weekday diner. The restaurant is at downtown Troy, it was a beautiful spring day, we waited near the river front, it was really pleasant.
