Lots of places tend to cook it medium rare when you ask for rare but not Ostera Mozza. Arugula was pretty standard olive oil salt and pepper. I had a bite of my friend’s fresh burrata and prosciutto. It was definitely the freshest burrata I’ve ever had because I’m lactose intolerant and this hurt my stomach. So quality dairy guaranteed!
